RAK properties stole more than half of my deposit. I left the house in a better condition than I found it and even repainted complete rooms where I had made holes to hang paintings.

They claim that I broke an energizer for an electric fence that was never working. So basically the owner wants me to pay for his upgrades to the house.

First took them 8 months to fix necessary things we listed when we moved in. Second they openly admit to giving poor service. Hercules schroempie {yes that my name for the devil} himself was out to the house once and apologized for the poor workmanship his team showed.

I hoped I would be done with this ridiculous company but seems like they want a lenghty legal battle.

If you know whats good for you, dont ever do business with this company as they will ***** you over worse than any ex parter you ever had.
