• Requests put in since March 2016 were not done. At all. • Using the service providers that RAK gave us initially, in an urgent circumstance meant that we would be liable for the costs (because we didn't ask them first despite running water). • They are unwilling to pay our deposit back because they have informed of nails and hangers in the wall - which were not done by us and we are yet to see the initial photo evidence from the numerous inspections. • Now after all of this, we are told, "take it up with our rental agent".
