VROT STINK RAINBOW CHICKEN VIENNAS
Earlier this month I purchased a packet Rainbow Simply Chicken Vienna's at Pnp Pick n Pay Vangate. I went to work in Sable Square and when wanting to make me a sandwich the vienna's had a terrible vrot smell. I took the vienna's to the PnP at Sable Square as that is where I work. They advised me that I cannot return it to that store as they do not take non perishables from other stores. I called Rainbow Chicken & spoke to a guy I think his name was Jeremy who advised I would get a call from a colleague of his which I did and she advised me that she would send me a Rainbow Chicken voucher. Up until now I have received no follow up call nor a voucher for there VROT VIENNAS. such a disgrace from such a big company, very bad customer service.

However as gesture of goodwill, a voucher has been issued to the address confirmed with you. As discussed, the voucher has been sent via standard mail.
