Spleen & Gall Bladder Pockets NOT removed from chicken livers

I ordered chicken livers from PNP ASAP on Friday 16 June 2023. On Sunday I made the chicken livers for myself and all I can say is thank goodness I thawed them and then cleaned each one individually because I found spleen & gall bladder pockets in-between my livers. 5 pockets of green stuff and for pink pockets. All I can say is this has put me off chicken livers for life. I'm very trusting of the food I buy and would generally just put it in the pot and cook it.
