Simply Chicken Steaklets

Good day I recently purchased the simply chicken steaklets. The product tasted bad and had an off taste. I dont know if the product was sold expired or it was bad quality. Please note that we as parent give this to our kids without tasting because we trust the brand. And how do we reassure our kids to eat any of the rainbow products.
