short of stock

We purhased a pack of Chicken which stated 4 drumsticks an 4 thighs. When opened the pack there was only 4 drumstics and 2 thighs in the pack. I did report this matter to Rainbow Chicken Customer Care on Sunday. They said they will respond within 48 hours. Nobody contacted me at all. Yesterday I called them agai without any success.
