Rotten Rainbow products.

Good Day Rainbow Rcl foods has the most terrible service ever, i have laid 2 complaints in regards to 2 different rotten rainbow products and i have sent through all the required information and images and was given a reference for 1 of the complaint and my other complaint was just ignored, it has been 2 months and i did not receive any information or feedback, this is really bad and terrible service from such a big reputable company.
