Rotten chicken

I bought Rainbow thighs on the 21.3.2020 at our local shoprite. When I boiled the chicken, the chicken was rotten. The smell was terrible. I still have the packet with a few thighs left. I need a full refund.with the virus in our country I am really disappointed
