RAINBOW steaklets

Two weeks ago my wife purchased a pack of rainbow chicken steak lets from oxford fresh market at the bluff area .We arrived home and opened the packet and there was an unfriendly stench coming from inside the packet .The goods were frozen but the stink was unbearable .We sealed the packet and I called oxford fresh market and made complaint received call from Gordon who advised that he would replace the pack with two packs instead .Last week I fetched the two packs and my wife opened to prepare the meal again , you won't believe the disgusting smell emanating from the packs .I immediately advised my wife to seal in a packet and I called oxford again and advised Gordon that something serious was amiss here .He advised that he would have the supplier contacted .I contacted the supplier at rainbow and I am still awaiting even a call from them trips to oxford to have this product sorted , but this yielded totally negative results .I am sure rainbow must think I travelling costs to and from the store does not matter , perhaps they need to regulate their stocks and check to see that they products are properly frozen , etc .<br> <br> This is not acceptable at all<br> <br> Mohamed <br> <br> ***
