Rainbow necks

I am fairly disappointed in Rainbow this is the 4th time I've had this experience and I've let it slide so many time however this time I couldn't. Monthly I buy 5packs of chicken necks rainbow brand and in my pack I opened lastnight I found a chicken head. I'm fairly disgusted because I've experienced this 4 times with rainbow before.
