Rainbow Horrible Chicken Burgers

Good day I bought simply chicken burgers from the pnp app but it seemed the burgers were frozen to hell n back !! My kids have always enjoyed the simply chicken range but they would eat it !! It was flat n dry ( and dnt worry I know how to fry it )
