rainbow chicken - simply chicken - refusing to accept blame

<p>i wrote to rainbow chicken about a product thst i was unahppy with. it was the simply chicken crumbed burgers. it was smelling off and looking grey in colour. a gentleman Vasie called me - did not even listen to what i had to say but offered me a R50 voucher. i wanted him to make note of my complaint as this was not the first time this happened. i also know of otheres that experienced similar problems. i wrote back to him with my concerns, only for them to send a long email with their refridgeration process hence putting the balme on me for the chicken being off. i refused to accept blame when i have purchaes this before and know how th prepare it. my kids have also been put off and our supper was spoiled. i dont appreciate the tone of their email as it clearly puts the blame on me as if i did not follow the packaging and preparing instructions. they want to find a scape goat for the problem to avoid bad publicity. </p>
