No response to my complaint lodged via the Simply Chicken Website

I purchased the Simply Chicken Cheese Burgers from St Johns Checkers in Pinetown, Durban a few weeks ago. Upon opening the item, I found that the burgers were all crumbled broken and of extremely poor quality. This is shocking as I have been purchasing this item for several years as they are a family facourite. I checked the expiry date and it was 09/10/19. I have images of the products that were in the package as well as my proof of purchase. The Simply Chicken products do not come by cheap hence I was utterly disappointed that the product was unsatisfactory. I am even more perturbed that i have received no ffedback to my compliant sent via the "chat" section of the website. I don't think I will continue to buy Simply Chicken products any longer.
