no cheese in viennas yet package says cheese

I am really disappointed as we always buying the simply chicken Vienna and only to find that a few days ago , we used Vienna that is packaged with cheese and only to find that the Vienna's have no cheese . how disappointing !!!

Hi , I received a call from a manager named Vassie last Friday , he apologized for the inconvenience. He also took down my email address and said that he will send me a voucher to reimburse or compensate me. However I haven't received anything as yet. really disappointed!!
