Misleading packaging - 7 patties in a pack of 8

I am so glad I took to Hello Peter after sending an email directly to Rainbow. Clearly this cannot be an error as it's happened to other consumers as well.<br> <br> I am terribly disappointed. My email sent to RC below,<br> <br> It is with much regret that I issue this complaint.<br> I have never been dissatisfied with your products until my last two incidents and yesterday evening.<br> I have a family of four, including myself. I purchased the cheese patties from the Pick n Pay in Florida, Johannesburg for supper.<br> <br> I know that it might not seem a great deal but it is the principle. I expected the 8 patties as promised on the pack.<br> I am sure it is merely an error which occurred during the packaging process but this is the third time I encountered this problem.<br> I feel cheated and clearly gives me the impression that it is done intentionally to rip your consumers off or as a savings initiative to your company.<br> <br> Please review your packaging process!<br> <br> I love your products and spend quite a bit of my budget buying them, this is not fair and not the service I expect.
