Incorrect number of mixed portion bags

On Saturday the 13/06/2015 I went to Makro Springfield Park in Durban to purchase groceries for my mother. <br> I purchased a sack of Rainbow Chicken (6 x 2kg) IQF mixed portions for R258.00. I delivered the groceries to my parents home in KwaMashu. When we opened the sack there were only 5 x 2kg IQF mixed portion packs instead of the 6 written on the sack. My family has been buying Rainbow Chicken products for years and have never experienced such before.
