Horrific customer service from Rainbow

i bought a 500 tub of chicken livers, and in the middle, found a green, slimy mass. I took photos and reported it on their customer care line via w/app. No reply. Finally called the 0860 number, got a reference number on 23 June. Promised to get back to me - but to this dag - NOTHING. The green slimy mass was revolting. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now today, the same 0860 number says 'incorrect'.
