Found blue plastic in Rainbow Chicken Vienna

From being a ***** of Rainbow Chicken Viennas with cheese to being completely disappointed in their lack of response and assistance.

I found a piece of blue plastic in the Vienna that I was about to give my 3 year old daughter. I took pictures and contacted Rainbow, letting them know of my findings, attached images, saved the affected Vienna in hopes of them collecting the package and refunding my money, as the 1kg is not cheap!

I sent emails, had to follow up a few times, they sent me a link without any comms, I’ve had to navigate their portal without anyone reaching out or even having the decency to call.

A few days after logging a case, I received a notification stating that my case was closed. I sent another email only to receive no further feedback or assistance.

Here I am , sitting with a bag of unwanted chicken Viennas with a Vienna that has blue plastic inside! I will never buy their product again. I could have posted the images on social media, but I guess the safety of their customers and children is not a concern. At all.
