Disappointed loyal customer I bought the simply chicken crispy bakes . Upon opening the package, I discovered the chicken was rotten and a greenish colour and mouldy. - I have the supermarket till slip which I can forward to you. I often buy the rainbow range of burgers, chicken viennas and crispy bakes as my kids love them as a snack , so I am very fami**** on the appearance of the chicken. – I have a picture of the off chicken which I can forward to you

I immediately phoned your customer care line on the pack and the call centre agent, promised to call me back. I am still awaiting the call. I am certain your calls are recorded so you can go back and check for my call. - I have a copy of the call log which I can forward to you

The expiry date on the pack is 19 – 03-2019 , however it was rotten way before that. I have a copy of the package showing the expiry date, which I can forward to you

I am very disappointed that I was not called back as promised by your call centre staff member.
