Disappointed in Rainbow Chicken customer service and complaints department

About 2 weeks back I purchased a 2kg bag of Rainbow Chicken from one of the local supermarkets in our area. To my surprise the bag contained 2 full breast of chicken 1 small drumstick and the rest was just breast bones. Considering that I paid almost R100 for a 2kg. I have logged a complaint on the what's app the very next day and to date I have not had any feedback. This to me is disgusting that such a huge company treats their clients complaints in this manner. And yes I have pictures of that bag of chicken.
