Chicken was rotten

Hello

I bought a chicken 750g earlier today & I cooked it , it was around 10am when I wanted to eat again, I noticed that this chicken is not good ... Some white germs came out, they like worms. I then went to report to the shop where I bought it. They said they're chicken is fresh , they just stocked it. It's not their fault that the chicken is rotten. Told them I will report they said it's fine... & When I come into thinking, this is not the first time this thing is happening. At first I thought it was the heat cuzi saw it on the following day.but that is not the case... IF IT'S RAINBOW , THEN YOU SELL ROTTEN CHICKEN...
