CHICKEN VIENNAS GONE BAD

Purchased a large pack of the pink chicken vienna's from Checkers Hyper. This is currently stored in my freezer i removed a few of the frozen ones and use boiling water to thaw expiry date on packaging reads 13 Feb 2015 unfortunately these vienna's were gone bad after heated up. Can you kindly address this issue urgently.
