A very bad polony

I brought a rainbow chicken polony and as I was making my husband breakfast I found plastic in the polony and I cut that peace out 2 days down the line I am making breakfast again I found a black brown steam again on the polony imagine if my kids were making themselves food they would have swallowed a plastic and that black thing that I don't even know what it is
