A sick and tired consumer

Good day i just need to state my dissatisfaction regarding a Rainbow product. Being pregnant i have a serious craving for the Rianbow chicken neck and gazzards/giblets so i went and bought a few 400g tubs and left it out to prepare for supper to my suprise when i opened the giblets tubs it contained chicken hearts now that is something me nor my partner eat. I opened 3 giblets tub and all had chicken hearts so i contacted Rainbow and they informed me that yet its correct because it does come like that. So my problem is at the store different tubs state whats in it making it my choice to buy what i would like but upon speaking to a lady at Rainbow it seems like buying the tubs just means i am buying a lucky packet and can find anything in there and if its what i wanted then lucky me if not too bad. so why does Rainbow lable the tubs they should just name it lucky packets so as a consumer i know not to waste my money on Rainbow product and worst thing is i still have my neck and gazzards craving but im very dissapointed with Rainbow.
