if you consider getting internet services, do not select rain. worst cancellation experience ever!!!!! It is frustrating that they would allege that you are owing them whereas their system does not work efficiently, should you change you dod then it triggers an invoice, their agents are the worst, you would explain to them what happened, promise to escalate the matter, after the call, they send you communication that you are owing. its frustrating and upsetting dealing with them
