very bad

After placing an order on Monday10/11 from rain, still haven't received delivery after 5days and was told that delivery will be delivered on Saturday15/11 and therefore the set address is a work address and business not opening during weekend. All they can do is Apologize all the time, but clients cant get what they ordered. Its very ridicules and unprofessional
