USELESS 5G RAIN NETWORK

Ever since they changed me to 5G network from 4G network their network has become so useless to my life, it's slow, doesn't connect sometimes, lags, and you can't even get hold of their support team because now you communicate with an AI because they don't want to take accountability, what hurts me the most is the fact that I've been a loyal customer for nearly 6 years but I am starting to believe that my time with them has finally come to an end, their 4G is way better than their 5G network because I've been asking them to put me back to 4G but they tell me it's impossible, recently the tower I'm always connected to always has "major alarms" and has been like that for the past 15 days, it's gotten to a point where I end up buying my own data on top of the R580 I give them every month for their useless network I'm now sick and tired of it.
