Rain wifi and mobile network

I am very unhappy with rain wifi & mobile network of rain.

We are always struggling with signal and need to phone atleast 3x 'n week we are waiting for an IT for 7months, no call / no show...I work remotely pay for a 30m up and 30m down but the test is 4.6 download and 0 upload. RAIN PHONE NETWORK does not use USSD we never have signal on our phones. Best option is to spend our monthly payment on something worth it that will give us what we pay for!! Rain you are sooooo bad and I'm disgusted in your wifi signal and network signal.
