******** RAIN!!!! Take to Consumer court!!!!

I have been Complaining about Rain and the Lack of service for almost a year already!!! They have charged me for 5G and put me on a 4G aswell as Blatantly not giving me the 30Meg line I pay for!!! at Best I get under 10 Meg, A person gets led in Circles by an AI system that is programmed to frustrate the ************ out of a person!!! And once you get hold of a person, they are un-Audible and then hang up the line to never be heard from again!!! They say that a person can cancel their account on the app!?!?!? that button does not exist on their app!!!!! And the more a person asks to cancel their Account the more they ruin you in circles to avoid you canceling!!!! This Company is ******** and should be taken to the Consumer Court!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE **************** FRUSTRATED BY A COMPANY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!
