Rain Network lost it's groove

Their service is detoriating on monthly basis. I'm having a poor reception, & I was told there's an upgrade in my area..After 2 months, I'm told that my phone picks the reception that's far from the nearest tower. Mind i get back at home at 16h30, & poor reception will kick start from 17h00
