Rain is trying to **** me

Rain is trying to **** me, last month I wanted to cancel my subscription with them and instead they offered me a 30% discount for the next 3 months if I stayed with them. Now is time to pay for the monthly discounted amount and the link shows the usual amount, I am not gonna pay it and they said they'll call me but no one has reached out. The day I requested a cancelation they were calling me non stop like I'm important but today I haven't received a call after I logged in a complaint. So disappointed with their customer service.
