Rain connectivity

I am at the RAIN store in Bonaero Park , the guy with the gold teeth is very rude, and not willing to explain properly, I had an issue with connection as I have changed n then I was told Rain is a month to month subscription but to my surprise if you skip a month you still get billed for that month , I am flabbergasted by this whole thing, I have been ****med by Rain , please reimburse me my money for the month it was not used , as there was no connection non what so ever , CALL ME IMMEDIATELY FOR MY REFUND
