Rain

Hi I subscribed with rain internet only to find out it does not have a signal in my location, when I call after I have paid that's when they tell me there is no rain signal in Virginia they sent a courier to pickup their rooter but to this day its a struggle to refund me I am sent from piller to post I need help with my refund
