Please cancel my membership

I was looking for the contact details for Rain but all I got was a space where people share their experiences regarding Rain. Otherwise, I would have contacted Rain directly since this is not a complaint. I just wanted to contact them and inform them that I would like to cancel my membership with immediate effect. I left Pretoria last month to come to KZN. It is a rural area and the rain reuter does not work at all. I need to find a company with a gadget that will work where I am.
