Incompetence and inconvenience

Incompetence and inconvenience I received a horrible service from the Rain company. After so long that's how they treated me. I lost my phone together with my son. I was on rain, the R625 package where it came with 2sim card where you get 1hour voice and 2gig plus 5G wifi unlimited. I called rain last week to replace my simcard and they promised that I will received them in 3-5 working days. Ok I waited? Monday I called again now they are telling me that they sent out a courier I must follow-up with them. Now I am following up with a courier I know nothing about. Ok because I urgently need the sim cards I called a courier they also promise me the same thing I will receive the simcard same day coz now it's been too long. 3hours later I called again they said they don't have drivers so i will probably receive my sim cards on Thursday not forgetting CCD they keep on sending sms's as if they called on their to deliver and i was not available. Today when I first called CCD consultant dropped the call. Ok let me try Rain the company that I am dealing with still the lady that i was speaking too also hung up. Great service I recived indeed. On Tuesday when I called CCD I spoke to Zolani who assured me that the are no drivers so I can not receive my simcards.
