I want my account to be cleared

I just paid rain for my monthly subscription on the 28 of may I paid R679 of which I was not notified of increased subscription.Now I got a message that I owe them another R679.i tried speaking to them via WhatsApp.but they don't understand.im being ****** here. the promise to pay amount is separated .Why are they threatening to cut my subscription that I have paid
