FRUSTATED CUSTOMER

We recieved a replacement Rain router 5days ago after it being out of action 10 days so now 2 weeks for a service we still being billed for and no conection .this is a frustrating exercize ,many calls to a AI computer robot and every now and then the first contact with a human based in the Phillipeans , sorry ,sorry ,sorry and still no wifi
