DONT PAY THE R1 ACTIVATION FEE!!!!!

I app**** for a 5G router and went in store to collect. After confirming with the sales lady over the phone and in store they said first month is for free its a free trial you will only pay R1 for activation......DONT PAY THE R1....thats how they load your card details on their sistem and deduct money from your accout. I am still in me free trial and they deducted the R649 from my account you i phoned them and they just keep saying they will sort it out....waiting and waiting. This is breach of contract i did not give them permission to deduct the money at all....so DO NOT PAY THE R1 ACTIVATION FEE PLS....thats how they catch you
