Complaint

I've ordered the rain wifi "the loop" all was well with ordering and the delivery process i was happy with that , my problem begun when the charger started not charging the device 2 weeks in . I've made the company aware they promised to deliver within 5 days that was in August to this date I still haven't received the charger 😫😫 when I make follow up they telling stories. What pains me is I still pay for this loop thing that I can't enjoy to the fullest.
