Bad support, inefficient call centre, no follow up, no problem solving

Bad support, no care , no problem solving,....Internet connections is bad and they don't care! Stay away from them. They are also one of the more expensive internet providers. They use call centres in india and elsewhere but quality of support is atrocious from the begining
