Bad service

Hello im having a problem i wanted 5g router from rain the lady who helped me send me a link and said i should pay within 30 minutes promised me i will get the router within 3 to 5 working days, that was on monday, after paying she never called to explain the whole process of getting my router, im not happy because im the one who is calling them they dont, they always tell me they will check with their delivery company i dont know how long i should wait its really fustrating the service im getting. I dont know what else to do because i needed this router this week as an emergency forces me.
