Wrong keys for the Car

I bought a BMW F30 2016 Model, I lost the keys. When i wanted to use my spare key, only to find out that spare key it's not for that. I called the Dealer, they promised to come back to me but they never. I end up buying a new key with my money and pay for the tow truck.
