Worst Service ever!!!

<p>I would like to take this oppertunity in voicing my utmost dissapointmet in the service I recieved from Raceview Motors in Alberton.</p> <p>I was told they were one of the best car dealers, only to find out how deciving they are.</p> <p>We paid so much for our vehicle and yet I get the sence that once, such an orginization has recieved their compensation for their sales, you are nothing at all to them!</p> <p>Dont they realize how important customer service is, and what benifit it will serve them if they look after their existing as well as previous customers?</p> <p>Arent they affraid of being scarred by word of mouth if not making sure that their integrity and reputation is upheld through best service possible, rathre than having a customer feel that he/she has been taken advantage of?</p> <p>I have so much to say and share, but in the light of this, I will simply say, beware of Raceview Motors in Alberton! They are not what they seem to be!</p> <p>Please make definate sure what you are getting yourself into when deciding to purchase a vehicle from them.</p> <p>Please pay clos attention to the following;</p> <p>- The technical condition of the vehicle (Rather insist to have an AA inspection done by yourself, before deciding)</p> <p>- The warrenties that is available and what it covers and for how much it covers (Read the fine print). Especially if it is an older models</p> <p>- Logging any complaint (in black and white) should you decide to purchase and not happy with the quality of the vehicle. (Even if it drives them mad)</p> <p> </p> <p>I have learned that Trust isn't any of an importance to Raceview Motors it seems. I have learned a valubale lesson not to trust anyone because of this and even if it seems that they know what they are talking about, rather get a second opinion as quick as possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>Good luck to all</p>
