Very bad service at Raceview motors
On the 23rd of September 2019 we have bought an Mahindra XUV 500 W8 from Raceview motors we took the car back on the Thursday the 26th as there was a noise coming from the front got our vehicle back on the 1st of October 2019 every is fix according to them on the 6th of October 2019 our car gave us errors and it didn't want to start, we Called Pieter Pretorius on of the Managers I explained to him the Car is giving problems said he will see what he can do did explained to him I must get to work the next day said he cant help.
The Monday after I have sent an email they took the car,
I got a borrow car to use the Friday I got my car back Pieter told me everything is now working on the 24th October we left for Potchefstroom on our way there we didn't had any brake lights with our return on the 27th October 2019 our car gave us the same problems. On the 28th of October 2019 we took the vehicle back to Raceview got an Borrow vehicle again. On Friday the 1st November 2019 I got an call to advise me they think it is my tracker in the car which is giving problems I called Car track they went out to check the unit in the car. It is not the tracking device, I ask Pieter he started to Yell at me. I have ask him I got an vehicle I am paying something I don't use.
The way I am feeling now I want to lay a complain at Independent Dealer Associations / Ombud Motor Industry.
