unsatisfactory service - Raceview Alberton

purchased a Vw Polo 1.0 TSI R-line DSG on the 6th of February 2025 from Raceview Motors Alberton. Upon signing the contract I was assured by the Manager Anton Terblanche and Thabo Mahlakoane(Sales Person) that the extra car keys and License disc will be couriered to me after two days of collecting the vehicle.

On the 21st of February I wrote a complaint email to the Manager of Raceview and the Dealership Financial Advisory and Intermediary Service Complaints Dispute Facilitator and they didn't revert back, the only thing I got was the disc(After sending a complaint email) and up to today the key issue is still not resolved.

At first I was told the key is with Volkswagen and they will Check with them and get back to me.. Today it's almost the fifth(5th)month and they've been telling me they busy with quotations from different locksmiths... I don't understand why whereas initially they told me a key will be delivered in two days from the date of purchase of which the key is held with Volkswagen.

Now when I do a follow up with the salesman i'm told that he's still awaiting approval from his Manager.. So I'm tired of always doing a follow up and being promised things that are never delivered.

When I call to speak to the Manager of Raceview the Receptionist tells me that I'm not allowed to speak to Him but can only speak to the sales person who assisted me with purchasing the Vehicle (Thabo Mohlakoane). And When I signed the contract I was with the Manager and not the sales person.
