UNHAPPY Customer.

I Purchased a 2018 Ford Ranger at this dealership in Alberton pass Friday. The vehicle did not had extras as was advertised. There is no central locking, radio incl. CD or electric windows or leather as per the ad. We have spoken to the manager Gerrie who told me he would get us a Ford ranger with the same as advertised extras included. The dealer principle Cecilia Riez did not have the decincy to call me or to speak to me in person. Cecilia informed me via email i can have my trade in car back and the difference of the purchased price will be paid back to my bank account. Needless to say there was no customer expectations met or that the customer was treated fairly or any customer services given. Salesman insist to have the NATIS for my car which I did not gave, before matter is solved I am still in possesion of the bakkie await legal action from my lawyer as i have trade my vehicle and pay difference in cash.We will definitely take this matter further as the adverti*****t placed was misleading .I have seen afterwards that I was one of many bad deals going bad at this dealer.They just dont care about customer's. Only money in there pockets.May carma take care of this ?
