********* Sales person (you know your name) brings us a vehicle 9am We receive credit app 10:30am Car gets sold at 11:00am by another sales person (according to our salesman) We forward all requested documentation 12:40pm They process our application knowing the vehicle is sold. Salesman phones us the next morning wanting to come and see us. I asked him why was it not approved? No he says, it was approved he just want to come and talk to us personally. Then brings us a different vehicle (4 years older) hoping we would buy it instead. Telling us it's not that the other people were more important it was a business decision.

Who then gives you the right to process our application? We never even signed a offer to purchase for the 1st vehicle. After we asked regarding the offer to purchase we were told that they first needed our information to complete the purchase order. We received the completed offer to purchase at 13:28 - (it was send to the bank without a signature) together with there banking details for the deposit. THIS ALL KNOWING THE VECHILE HE SHOWED US IS SOLD.
