terrible service and empty promises

I don't even know where to start anymore Broken mirror,no roadworthy ,no lisence,no number plates, gearbox went,cruise control doesn't work due to faulty egr valve just got a quote today faults excluding gearbox over 16,000 to fix. I paid for an warranty still never received it I bought the vehicle in June staff unwilling and rude and full of empty promises I complained to the bank I have a massive paper trail already recorded all conversations I don't have insurance due to them I'm also on my last 21 days on the lisence disc from previous owner. Don't buy a vehicle here never mind the faults on the vehicle they de***** you and the bank they charge for number plates ect and never deliver just my extended warranty they pocketed about 8000 +- I will be opening cases of ***** aswell a lawsuit is coming to either fix my vehicle or to cancel the deal
