Shocking Service!!

<p>Where do I start with my complaint.. will it ever be resolved I doubt it…</p> <p> </p> <p>After searching for months to buy the perfect 2nd hand vehicle I thought that I found it at Raceview Motors. The salesman Ben was very nice giving me all the details over the phone advising me that the vehicle has never been in an accident and that the vehicle is in a very good condition. He sent out some people to inspect my vehicle that wanted to trade in and within an our he phoned me with an offer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not seeing the Renault Stepway at all I took Ben Steinberg’s word for it and the deal went through. When I went to collect my vehicle Brian Marnewick had all the paper work ready for me to sign and afterwards I would then see my vehicle. Ben Steinberg did such a rush job that he only showed me where the spare wheel was and that they replaced the original radio with a aftermarket one. He gave me my keys and told me that’s it I can go and that I can collect my vehicle registration documents and service book the next Saturday</p> <p> </p> <p>When I washed my vehicle on the Sunday I noticed some very bad scratch marks on the rims and some overspray on the right side of the vehicle this gave me an indication that this vehicle was in an accident seeing that the consumers protection act states that you need to raise your concerns within 10 working days I emailed Brian advising him that I’m not happy with the rims that was scratched as this was never pointed out to me when the inspection was done, he told me that we can discuss this when I come to fetch my registration documents.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since then it has been one lie on top of another bull**** lie all the way…</p> <p>It was later confirmed that my vehicle never went for a service and that is why they didn’t have my service book for the vehicle. Again pathetic service received from the so called manager Brian and the salesman Ben.. all they do is lie lie lie …eventually arrangements were made for my vehicle to go for the service the driver came to collect me vehicle to take it to Renault The Glen and left a piece of junk Honda civic that is basically in such a bad state that I feel sorry for the person that’s going to buy this vehicle. I phoned Renault The Glen to find out what time my vehicle will be ready they advised that my vehicle will only be done the next day as no proper arrangements were made… ***!!!! I have a baby that I need to collect at day care how am I going to get my son home in that piece of junk without a baby car seat??!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Through all this email have been sent to Brian “the manager” and Ben and not once did either of them have the decency and the common curtesy to answer me back</p> <p> </p> <p>DON’T BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM RACEVIEW MOTORS THEIR SERVIC IS SHOCKING BEYOND WORDS AND PATHETIC.. AS BRIAN SAID THEY ARE ONLY THERE TO BUY AND SELL CARS AND THAT IS IT NOTHING MORE</p> <p> </p> <p>How does the saying go… **** rolls downhill… so it starts with management.. it won’t surprise me if Raceview Motors 2nd hand car dealership will be out of business very soon and buy saying that I speak in faith because words carry power!!</p> <p> </p>
