Selling faulty cars and not disclose to customers

This guys sold me a car with lot of problems and when confronted they say it is normal wear and tear. They are hiding problems with the hope of transfering the problem to à consumer. Now the car is with them for 3 weeks and they say they have no coutesy car and also refusing to fix it. Please help.

At the time of purchase, the said vehicle passed all RWC (Road worthy Certificate) and inspection test.
